This is not your typical fund accounting role.
You'll join one of the world's premier alternative investment firms, managing $40B+ in assets across private equity, credit, real estate, and public markets. Instead of focusing solely on books and records, you'll work directly on the firm's General Partner investment platform, supporting senior principals and gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated ownership structures in private markets.

💡 What You'll Do
- Support GP and LP investment accounting, reporting, and capital activity
- Prepare and reconcile capital calls, distributions, transfers, and allocations
- Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting across complex investment structures
- Partner with Fund Accounting, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, and senior leadership
- Track deferred compensation, private investments, and ownership activity
- Help improve reporting processes through automation and AI-enabled tools
- Maintain highly confidential financial information with exceptional accuracy

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in alternative investments, fund accounting, GP accounting, finance, operations, or public accounting
- Experience with partnership accounting or private investment structures
- Strong Excel skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve workflows is a plus
- Service-oriented professional with outstanding judgment and discretion
Compensation
