What You'll Do

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting activities, and variance analysis
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including inventory, WIP, and fixed assets
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Partner with operations and leadership to analyze costs and improve profitability
• Support ERP/system enhancements and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Prepare tax-related schedules and support regulatory reporting requirements
• Provide leadership and guidance within the accounting and finance function

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior accounting leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• ERP system experience
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Self-motivated professional able to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Compensation & Benefits

• $36-$45/hour (depending on experience)
