A growing manufacturing and distribution company in the Huntersville area is seeking an Operational Accountant to join its close-knit team. What You'll Do
- Perform daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial records
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate transaction processing
- Cross-train in additional business functions and provide support as needed
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or operational accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Manufacturing, distribution, or similar industry experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
