Call Center Representative

We are looking for multiple Client Support Specialists to support our mission-driven client's contact center team. This opportunity is contract to permanent, and after the initial onsite training period, would be remote. This team provides free and confidential information, support, and referral services to individuals seeking help accessing community-based health and human services. Specialists respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, helping connect individuals with appropriate resources and services. This role requires strong customer service skills, empathy, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations professionally. The position also requires timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in accordance with program standards. Comfort using multiple technology platforms is important for success in training and day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Ability to obtain a detail oriented information and referral certification within 3 years Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems required Previous experience in a contact center, customer support, or resource/referral environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately and efficiently Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to pass applicable background and screening requirements Must be eligible to work in compliance with applicable state and federal requirements Ability to work in a standard office setting, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, typing, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds

Compensation

$19.00-$19.00 Hourly
