Location: Irving, TX 75063 (Hybrid Schedule)

Duration: 2-Week Contract, 20 Hours/Week

We are seeking a Video Editor to join our team on a part-time, 20-hours-per-week basis for a 2-week contract. This role follows a hybrid schedule in Irving, TX 75063. The ideal candidate is a creative and efficient editor who can quickly transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take raw video footage and edit it into polished final assets.
2. Add captions, titles, and basic motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
3. Resize and reformat content for various digital platforms and channels.
4. Deliver quick-turn edits while maintaining quality and brand standards with minimal oversight.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

1. Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio of completed work.
2. Ability to deliver high-quality edits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
3. Experience creating platform-specific content for social, digital, and marketing channels.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

• Background editing marketing, corporate, branded, or social media content.
• Experience incorporating captions, titles, and simple motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple revisions efficiently.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with After Effects or comparable motion graphics software.
• Strong understanding of video formatting requirements across social and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of video compression, exporting, and file management best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of video editing projects.
