Labor & Employment Attorney

Our Harrisburg office has an immediate opening for a Labor and Employment attorney. The position offers the opportunity to work in our thriving Labor & Employment practice group, which involves engaging legal assignments, direct interaction with clients, and a billable hour requirement that offers work-life balance. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate will have the capability to handle administrative, state and federal litigation, and meet multiple deadlines. Applications are required to include a cover letter, resume, transcript, and writing sample. The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school. This is a non-partnership track role.
