FWS Fall 2026, Chemical & Materials Engineering Student Worker/Front Office

Sophomores and Juniors.

Experience in office environment and basic computer proficiency.

N/A

Some lifting, 5 – 30 lbs.

Weekdays between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Assist in sorting mail, logging packages, filing, match up documentation, helping with concur reports, help organize reconciliations, running errands, and set-up for special events.

Excel, detailed orientated, basic computer skills, and filing.

Experience in office environment and basic computer proficiency. Accounting and Finance majors preferred.
