Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome prospective residents, answer questions about the community, and guide them through available apartment homes during on-site tours.
• Review incoming rental applications, confirm applicant details, and assemble lease documents in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with property management staff to support leasing activity, improve occupancy results, and maintain a high standard of resident experience.
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a timely and attentive manner, helping resolve concerns or directing issues to the appropriate team members.
• Perform front-desk and administrative support tasks, including greeting visitors, handling routine correspondence, and maintaining organized property records.
• Track unit availability, leasing activity, and follow-up communications to help ensure accurate and up-to-date information for the community.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, move-in preparation, and other office activities that contribute to smooth day-to-day property operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management, residential leasing, or apartment community administration.• Ability to conduct community tours and communicate unit features, lease terms, and resident benefits clearly and professionally.
• Experience processing applications, verifying information, and preparing leasing paperwork with strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and receptionist skills, with the ability to create a positive first impression for residents and visitors.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and administrative tasks, including recordkeeping, scheduling, and correspondence management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with property management teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation
