Location: Redondo Beach, California

Schedule: On-site

Duration: Contract/Temporary, approximately 2 months

Pay Rate: $35.00-$40.00/hour, depending on experience

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique real estate litigation firm in Redondo Beach in its search for a Temporary Litigation Legal Secretary. This is an immediate, on-site contract opportunity covering a temporary leave of absence, with an anticipated duration of approximately 2 months. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation support experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced law firm environment. This role will support one partner in a 3:1 desk arrangement and requires someone who can step in quickly and provide seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and finalize pleadings and other litigation documents
• Format legal documents for filing and service
• Prepare Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents
• Handle e-filing in both California state and federal courts
• Provide general litigation secretarial support as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a litigation legal secretary
• Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, including state and federal e-filing
• Proficiency with legal document formatting, pleadings, TOA, and TOC
• Ability to work fully on-site in Redondo Beach
• Availability to start ASAP
