Logistics Coordinator/Raw Material Scheduler
This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure accurate inventory, on-time deliveries, and cost-effective transportation. The Logistics Coordinator/Raw Material Scheduler serves as the primary point of contact between internal departments, carriers, suppliers, and customers, helping maintain high service levels, accurate data, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics, warehouse, and distribution activities to support efficient operations.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in maintaining appropriate raw material levels.
Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve shipping and inventory issues.
Ensure transportation activities are completed in a cost-effective manner while meeting customer service expectations.
Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records within warehouse management and ERP systems.
Support regulatory compliance and company policies related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Analyze logistics data and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Assist with problem resolution related to inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, and scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Three to five years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience required.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Experience with ERP systems such as RIMAS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; comparable hands-on experience may be considered.• At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Background in a manufacturing environment, preferably within industrial or metal fabrication settings.
• Strong analytical ability with solid math skills and a demonstrated approach to problem solving.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with particular strength in Excel.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
• Effective communication, organization, and time management skills in a high-volume environment.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond proactively to issues.
Compensation
