Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are looking for a PART-TIME Full Charge Bookkeeper to support retail accounting operations in Spokane, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can independently manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting steady business performance. The role calls for strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and hands-on experience across core accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete bookkeeping activities, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and kept current.

• Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner while maintaining organized accounts payable records.

• Manage customer billing, track incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to support healthy accounts receivable operations.

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to verify balances and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Prepare routine financial reports and summaries to help monitor business activity and support decision-making.

• Review accounting entries for completeness and accuracy, identifying issues and making corrections as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years previous experience handling full charge bookkeeping responsibilities in a business environment.

• Practical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.

• Strong ability to complete bank reconciliations accurately and on schedule.

• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to financial detail.
