• Organize deposition and trial materials, including exhibit sets, binders, schedules, and related logistics, with occasional travel as needed for court support.
• Communicate with clients to collect information, provide case status updates, and help ensure legal matters continue moving in line with expectations.
• Offer day-to-day guidance to paralegals and administrative team members by sharing effective litigation support practices and workflow knowledge.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally within civil litigation matters.

• Strong working knowledge of federal court procedures and California state court rules, including filing requirements and litigation deadlines.

• Proficiency with case management platforms, e-discovery processes, and legal software used in active litigation environments.

• Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal setting.
