Receptionist

Robert Half is partnering with a highly respected law firm in Hackensack, NJ to identify a professional and polished Receptionist for a short-term assignment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of an organization, providing exceptional client service, and supporting a legal team in a professional office environment.

Start Date: July 31, 2026 (Immediate Need)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Approximately 3 Weeks

Work Environment: On-Site; Hackensack, NJ

Pay Rate: $20-$25/ hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Welcome clients and escort guests to conference rooms
• Coordinate conference room setup and hospitality services
• Assist with preliminary client intake and administrative support
• Enter attorney time and assist with light legal support duties
• Support attorneys and staff with various administrative projects
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist experience required
• Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
• Legal assistant experience is a plus but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
