Director of Marketing

Compensation: $125 to $150 Yearly

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and revenue growth. This leader will be responsible for shaping the overall marketing strategy, optimizing the customer journey, and leveraging insights and analytics to improve marketing performance across all channels.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who combines strong strategic thinking with operational execution. They will oversee digital marketing, CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, brand management, loyalty programs, SEO, paid media, analytics, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives while leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead all aspects of brand marketing and ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.
  • Drive customer loyalty and retention initiatives, including lifecycle marketing, membership/loyalty programs, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Own digital marketing strategy, including website performance, SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Utilize customer insights, market research, and analytics to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Oversee CRM strategy, customer segmentation, database management, and automated marketing programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer experience, and executive leadership to support business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility for integrated marketing programs.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Customer loyalty and retention marketing
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • SEO and website optimization
  • Digital advertising and paid media
  • Marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Customer segmentation and audience targeting
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success managing marketing budgets, forecasting results, and improving return on marketing investment.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading marketing efforts for multi-location, retail, consumer services, hospitality, franchise, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience with loyalty programs, membership-based marketing, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Strong background in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to scale marketing programs while maintaining brand consistency and customer focus.



Compensation

$125,000.00-$150,000.00 Yearly
