We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Gift Processor to support fundraising and development efforts by ensuring charitable contributions are accurately processed, recorded, and acknowledged. Responsibilities

• Process and enter donor gifts, pledges, and campaign contributions into the donor database.
• Verify gift documentation and ensure all donations are accurately recorded and coded.
• Generate donor acknowledgments, receipts, and thank-you correspondence.
• Maintain donor records and update constituent information as needed.
• Reconcile gift activity and assist with reporting for fundraising campaigns.
• Support development, finance, and advancement teams with data requests and campaign tracking.
• Research and resolve gift processing discrepancies.
• Assist with donor mailings, special events, and other development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative, data entry, gift processing, fundraising support, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with databases, donor management systems, CRM platforms, or similar software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred Experience

• Nonprofit, fundraising, higher education, foundation, or development office experience.
• Experience processing donations, gifts, grants, or pledge payments.
• Knowledge of donor database systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar platforms.
