Office Administrator
Role Overview
Support the firm by managing the LMS, building simple tracking systems, running regular reports, and providing strong recruiting/HR support. This is a hands-on systems and execution role — not a management position.
Key Responsibilities
LMS, Training & Tracking
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensure trainings are completed on time
- Run monthly audits
- Build and maintain basic KPIs
- Create simple systems and a clear reporting cadence so leadership can easily track the team
Data & Reporting
- Keep data clean and organized across systems
- Deliver consistent, easy-to-read reports
- Help leadership stay informed without providing direct oversight
Recruiting & HR Support (about 50% of the role)
- Heavy recruiting support using iSolved APS, LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), and InMail
- Assist with candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline tracking
- Help with basic HR administrative tasks
- Support job description writing and job postings
Other Support
- Assist with marketing-related admin tasks (job descriptions and postings)
- Provide general office administration in a legal environment
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Some legal office experience preferred
- Light HR or recruiting experience
- Comfortable with LMS platforms, iSolved APS (or similar ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to build simple tracking systems and stick to a reporting schedule
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Compensation
