HR Generalist

Robert Half is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and HR policy support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and system updates.
• Administer employee records and help ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits enrollment, leave administration, and other employee programs.
• Assist managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and performance-related matters.
• Help maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal HR practices.
• Participate in recruitment activities such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of human resources experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
