The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine (UPSDM) is accepting applications for a part-time faculty position in the Department of Dental Anesthesiology at the rank of Clinical Associate Professor. This appointment is in the appointment stream.

We are seeking an experienced dental anesthesia provider/academician who possesses an active unrestricted dental anesthesia permit in the state of Pennsylvania. The primary responsibility of this position would be to serve as an attending faculty member in the School of Dental Medicine clinics while providing didactic instruction to predoctoral and graduate dentists at the School of Dental Medicine. Applicants must have a DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited school, and a certificate from a postdoctoral program in dental anesthesiology or oral and maxillofacial surgery.

The UPSDM is located on the University's main campus in Pittsburgh, contiguous with the other five health science schools.
