Salary Range: $67,000 - $70,000

Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor is responsible for the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods. The incumbent will also oversee the warehouse associates to ensure completion of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the warehouse to ensure work targets are met.
Responsible for the branch On-Time Delivery performance and reporting.
Train employees in the safe operation of forklifts, equipment and operations.
Pull stock to fulfill customer orders, utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Order warehouse supplies.
Manage, coordinate, and assist the material handling team in daily tasks.
Coordinate and assist with the daily warehouse operations and activities, such as shipping, receiving, billing edits, post goods issue, cycle counting, inventory management, and warehouse security.
Responsible for warehouse organization and housekeeping.
Manage all warehouse production processes

Education and/or Experience
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; Bachelors degree preferred Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
Ability to lead and motivate others and to perform associated paperwork.
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
Working knowledge of warehouse operations
Ability to effectively use the computer system to record materials received and shipped
Ability to assist with warehouse operations
Language Skills:
The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. Comfort in facilitating meetings and communicating with leadership.
