Infiltrator’s recycling operation is among the country’s top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Responsibilities

Now Hiring 2 maintenance technicians to join our building maintenance team!  M-F schedule.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting the execution of capital and continuous improvement projects throughout the Winchester, Kentucky operation.

This position will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Project Supervisor.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Must be able to fabricate and assemble mechanical components for industrial equipment and machinery. 
  • Must be an experienced welder, preferably with a certification. 
  • Must have experience using precision measuring devices including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, bore gages, tapes, and other measuring devices. 
  • Must be willing to work in a collaborative team environment by being proactive, suggesting improvements, and leading improvement efforts.

 

QUALIFICATIONS (must have):

  • GED and 5+ years relevant work experience.   
  •  Vocational training in industrial maintenance including any of the following:  pneumatic, hydraulic electrical or mechanical certification, a strong plus. 
  • Must be able to read and comprehend prints, machine drawings, technical manuals, technical documents, and technical schematics. 
  • Willing to work flexible hours as required by ongoing operations and projects.   
  • Ability to regularly lift 35 lbs. 
  • Must be able to multi-tasks and perform jobs with minimal supervision. 
  • Must maintain and clean, orderly, and safe workplace. 
  • Equipment rigging experience is a plus.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Maintenance or fabrication background with experience moving, installing, and commissioning equipment. The ideal candidate will also possess strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on technical skills.
