Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to help construction work stay on schedule and aligned with established objectives.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including reviewing, tracking, and coding records accurately within Relativity and related systems.
• Support project teams by preparing status updates, monitoring action items, and following up on outstanding deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, field personnel, and external partners to ensure timely communication throughout each project phase.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, documenting key decisions, and distributing relevant project information to appropriate team members.
• Track project progress against timelines and escalate potential delays, documentation gaps, or coordination issues when needed.
• Help ensure construction project files are complete, current, and accessible for reporting, review, and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
• Experience coordinating projects in a construction or closely related environment.• Working knowledge of Relativity and document coding practices for project records management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project tracking, documentation control, and administrative support activities.
• Ability to identify issues proactively and support timely resolution in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
$60,000.00-$90,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
