Workplace Exp Coordinator

We are looking for a Workplace Exp Coordinator to support day-to-day front desk and pantry operations. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean, welcoming, and well-organized workplace experience for employees and guests. In this role, you will help maintain shared hospitality spaces, manage pantry supplies, and provide attentive service while upholding food safety and sanitation standards. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a well-organized on-site environment during an 8-month assignment with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily appearance and organization of pantry, market, and storage areas to ensure a neat and efficient workspace.
• Replenish food, beverage, and supply items throughout the day while rotating stock to maintain freshness and proper date control.
• Track inventory levels, receive incoming deliveries, and coordinate reorders before essential items run low.
• Prepare and refresh self-service snack and beverage stations so employees and visitors have a consistently positive experience.
• Clean pantry equipment and work surfaces regularly to keep all areas sanitary, functional, and presentation-ready.
• Follow established food handling, safety, and sanitation practices to support compliance across the workplace hospitality area.
• Welcome employees and guests with a courteous, service-oriented approach and respond promptly to workplace support needs.
• Assist with event support and catering setup as needed, including preparation, restocking, and post-event cleanup.
• Perform additional site support tasks assigned by management to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage, pantry support, hospitality, or a similar service-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented, approachable, and dependable manner.
• Basic computer proficiency for routine workplace tasks and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle frequent carrying, pushing, and pulling of supplies.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to assist with food preparation and cleaning duties while working with cleaning products and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Compensation

$22.00-$22.82 Hourly
