SNOW Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead several ServiceNow projects at the same time, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables are actively managed from kickoff through launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional work among technical teams, platform specialists, and business partners in areas such as finance, research, human resources, and IT operations.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions to maintain momentum, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, presentations, requirements materials, and configuration-related documentation.
• Oversee initiatives involving ServiceNow enhancements such as portal deployment, reporting improvements, process automation, and workflow optimization.
• Support delivery efforts tied to incident management, change management, hardware processes, software asset management, and related ITSM workstreams.
• Monitor project progress and dependencies closely, adjusting priorities and resource plans as needed to keep multiple efforts moving forward.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow team and leadership to align project execution with platform strategy, operational goals, and go-live expectations.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience, including direct ownership of ServiceNow-focused implementations, upgrades, integrations, or optimization initiatives.• Proven background leading ServiceNow projects within enterprise environments rather than only serving as an end user of the platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, with experience supporting ITSM-related functions such as incident, change, problem, or release management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small to mid-sized projects concurrently while coordinating diverse stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum delivery practices and project tracking tools such as Jira.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications, badges, or related platform credentials are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present updates clearly and drive action across teams.
