Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and provide courteous front desk support to ensure a positive experience for visitors and staff.
• Keep shared office spaces, including reception and break room areas, neat, stocked, and ready for daily use.
• Monitor inventory levels for workplace supplies and promotional materials, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Arrange meal orders for office gatherings and assist with planning internal celebrations and special events.
• Prepare birthday cards, support office decorating for employee recognition, and help organize small culture-building activities.
• Sort, distribute, and send mail, packages, and deliveries while maintaining shipping and postage equipment.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipment preparation and ensure packages are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate bid-related correspondence for multiple project leaders, tracking communications from initiation through completion.
• Provide administrative assistance to project coordination staff with work orders, purchase orders, and change documentation, and support additional assignments from leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or office support role; experience within commercial construction is preferred.
• Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in day-to-day work.
• Comfortable using office technology, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam is preferred and CMiC experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay self-directed, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as part of regular office support duties.
Compensation
