Treasury Manager
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to provide leave coverage in a long-term contract role supporting a fast-paced service organization. This position will oversee daily treasury operations, maintain strong banking and cash management practices, and partner with global teams to ensure timely support across shared services. The ideal candidate brings hands-on knowledge of treasury systems and web-based applications, along with the ability to review transactions, manage priorities, and keep critical processes running smoothly in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day treasury activities, ensuring transactions, cash movements, and related workflows are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Review treasury operations and supporting documentation to maintain compliance, accuracy, and consistency across daily processes.
• Administer and utilize banking platforms, treasury tools, and web-based applications such as Coupa to support operational needs.
• Coordinate cash management activities, including monitoring balances, processing banking requests, and supporting liquidity visibility.
• Partner with global colleagues and operating company shared services teams to address treasury-related inquiries and provide timely support.
• Manage the shared treasury inbox, prioritize requests, and respond effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support bank reconciliation activities and help resolve outstanding items by working closely with finance and operational teams.
• Contribute to month-end close activities by preparing treasury-related information and ensuring required deadlines are met
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or treasury management within a complex business environment.• Strong knowledge of cash management practices, banking platforms, and treasury-related controls.
• Hands-on experience working with treasury systems, banking software, and web-based applications, including tools such as Coupa.
• Familiarity with global treasury support models and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience handling bank reconciliations and supporting month-end close processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume shared inbox and balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear communication skills in an office setting.
Compensation
