Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-focused and approachable Receptionist to support the Human Resources team in Toledo, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing administrative tasks with precision, and helping daily office operations run smoothly. The role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a detail-focused mindset in an onsite setting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support position.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person and over the phone, including handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently.
• Good judgment and willingness to ask questions to ensure work is handled correctly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Friendly, team-oriented approach with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in an onsite office environment.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
