Property Accountant
Qualifications:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industries. Experience with property management/accounting software Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong familiarity with financial reporting systems. Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
