About the Role
The Senior Accountant will play an important role in supporting the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the accounting function. This position is involved in month-end close, audit support, tax compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll also work closely with internal and external partners, help strengthen controls, and provide guidance to staff.

What You’ll Do
- Support improvements to accounting processes, systems, and controls
- Help implement and document policies and procedures that support business needs
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with annual and special audits
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance with accounting policies and controls
- Ensure sales and use tax filings are completed accurately and on time
- Perform key month-end close responsibilities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
- Review work and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to staff
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Experience with sales, use, and property tax is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with ERP Systems, and Tableau/Power BI preferred
Compensation
$75,000.00-$85,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
