Contract Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract administration activities for a construction and contractor-focused organization. The role is fully remote, with company equipment supplied, and is best suited for someone who can manage documentation, communication, and compliance-related tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the preparation, review, distribution, and tracking of contract-related documents while maintaining accuracy across multiple files and versions.
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners by responding to documentation questions and providing timely administrative support.
• Maintain organized digital records, shared files, and contract repositories to ensure materials are current, accessible, and properly archived.
• Oversee electronic signature workflows, including document routing, status monitoring, and completion follow-up through approved platforms.
• Prioritize urgent requests alongside routine assignments, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality or compliance standards.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with leadership, legal, finance, onboarding, and operations teams to keep contract processes moving efficiently.
• Perform data entry, reporting updates, and general administrative coordination related to contract activity and department needs.
• Assist with transitions in reporting structure and process handoffs by documenting status updates and maintaining continuity during the assignment.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, paralegal support, or a closely related administrative function.• Strong ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a role with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Hands-on experience managing electronic documents, version control, and high-volume administrative workflows with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and file-sharing tools such as SharePoint or OneDrive.
• Experience using electronic signature systems for template management, routing, tracking, and record maintenance.
• Clear and detail-focused written communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, external contacts, and senior leadership.
• Ability to handle competing priorities, same-day requests, and deadline-driven tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Completion of required screening prior to start.
