AVP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsibilities:
• Direct the strategy, design, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and connected digital platforms.
• Partner with leaders across marketing, web, mobile, social, paid media, and direct mail to build coordinated, customer-focused campaigns.
• Guide the development of lifecycle marketing and lead generation programs that improve engagement, retention, and conversion outcomes.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, websites, personalization tools, and other enterprise systems to support seamless campaign execution.
• Establish strong practices for audience segmentation, data quality, and privacy compliance across marketing operations.
• Work closely with analytics, digital experience, and engagement teams to create insight-driven personalized customer journeys.
• Define performance goals, monitor key metrics, and use testing and campaign analysis to recommend ongoing improvements.
• Set priorities across concurrent digital projects, remove delivery obstacles, and keep initiatives moving forward with cross-functional teams.
• Lead team staffing, resource planning, and budget management to ensure operational effectiveness and financial discipline.
• Promote best practices, share platform knowledge, and champion innovation that strengthens the organization’s digital marketing capabilities.
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing and 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.• Demonstrated success in marketing technology architecture, platform integration, and cross-channel campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and integration methods that support scalable digital marketing solutions.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results through strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing presentations and communicating strategic recommendations in a clear, compelling manner.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment, use computer equipment for extended periods, and travel occasionally, including overnight trips.
Compensation
