Senior Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in DTC. This position will play a key role in evaluating financial performance across products, promotions, and service areas while delivering reporting that supports business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, advanced spreadsheet skills, and the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the financial results of both established and developing product offerings, with close attention to margin performance and cost drivers.
• Assess promotional investments and service-related expenses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved profitability.
• Build and maintain financial models, including profit and loss projections and balance sheet analyses, to support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc management reports that summarize forecasts, operating results, and key business metrics.
• Conduct budget-to-actual variance reviews and explain performance differences for leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Develop forward-looking forecasts using Excel-based analysis to help management anticipate financial outcomes and business needs.
• Safeguard sensitive financial records and ensure confidential information is handled with discretion and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar corporate finance role.
• Demonstrated capability in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create detailed analytical models and reports.
• Experience preparing management-level financial reporting with clear, actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and core financial performance measures.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and work with a high level of accuracy.
Compensation
