Office Manager
We are looking for a dependable Office Manager to support our client's daily administrative and property-related operations for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and communicates effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This is a contract position with the potential to become a long-term role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations by maintaining organized records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring administrative workflows run efficiently.
• Oversee lease files, tenant information, and property paperwork with a strong focus on accuracy and accessibility.
• Work closely with contractors and service providers to request estimates, arrange repairs, and monitor completion of maintenance activities.
• Support property upkeep by tracking work orders, following up on vendor commitments, and helping resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Handle routine administrative duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, and front-office support as needed.
• Use QuickBooks Desktop to process invoices, assist with vendor payments, and maintain financial records.
• Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and basic reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Monitor office supply levels, place orders when needed, and help maintain a well-run onsite office environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an office administration role, with property management, real estate, or vendor coordination experience strongly preferred.• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with tenants, subcontractors, and office contacts.
• Comfortable working in a small office environment with minimal supervision and taking initiative independently.
• Reliable, proactive, and resourceful approach to solving problems and keeping operations on track.
Compensation
