Controller
Growing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role will oversee a small accounting team, manage multi-entity accounting, and partner closely with leadership on financial reporting, cash flow, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage accounting for multiple entities and related transactions
- Supervise AP, AR, billing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses
- Coordinate with external accountants and advisors
- Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting procedures
- Support leadership with financial analysis and operational reporting
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience with multi-entity accounting and high-volume transactional environments
- Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Real estate, property management, construction, or related industry experience preferred

Compensation
