Our client is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper with a background in HOA, property management, or country club accounting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support leadership with timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with month-end close
- Manage dues, assessments, member billing, and collections
- Process vendor payments and maintain organized accounting documentation
- Assist with budget tracking, audit support, and account analysis
- Monitor cash flow and help ensure accurate financial reporting
- Work closely with management on accounting and administrative needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Prior experience in HOA, property management, or country club accounting preferred
- Experience with NorthStar or similar accounting software required
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting principles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills

Compensation
