Property Manager (Affordable Housing)

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community while ensuring resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and property performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations
• Ensure compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, and affordable housing regulations
• Oversee leasing, recertifications, and rent collections
• Supervise onsite staff and vendors
• Address resident concerns and maintain positive community relations

Qualifications:

Requirements

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Affordable housing experience required
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 programs
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Yardi or property management software experience preferred
