Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support for end users. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, assisting customers, and working in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Assist with user account administration and password resets
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLAs

Qualifications:

Requirements

• 1+ years of technical support experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests

Preferred

• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience with Microsoft 365
