BI Engineer

We are looking for a BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI and SQL experience with a passion for transforming data into meaningful dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Design and optimize SQL queries, views, and datasets
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders
• Build and maintain data models and KPI frameworks
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Collaborate with data and business teams to deliver analytics solutions

Qualifications:

Requirements

• 3+ years of BI or reporting experience
• Strong Power BI development experience
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with data modeling and analytics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or SSIS
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools
