Resident Services Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator supports affordable housing residents by connecting them with community resources and programs that promote housing stability and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident programs and services
• Connect residents with community resources
• Conduct outreach and wellness checks
• Maintain resident service records
• Partner with local agencies and organizations

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Experience in social services, case management, or affordable housing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
