Part Time Data Entry Clerk
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- File, scan, copy, and organize physical and electronic records
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries as needed
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical duties
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic documentation
- Maintain office supplies and support general office organization
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
