Responsibilities
This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the U.S. The candidate must be able to work either Central or Eastern Time zones.
The position offers a competitive base salary along with an additional compensation plan.
The Client Success Manager is a strategic account manager and supporter for primarily existing post-sale customers within Enlyte’s Managed Care Solutions. This role requires deep expertise across multiple services lines to serve as a trusted advisor for clients, and an advocate for Enlyte. - Works collaboratively with all internal areas of Enlyte to organize and respond to customer concerns and requests
- Takes initiative to improve existing processes, both internally at Enlyte and within customer workflows
- Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale of various products
- Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue
- Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product solutions, either new or existing
- Analyzes data and trends of customer results to provide consultative action plans to the customer
- Organizes, prepares for, and facilitates Partnership Reviews for clients, typically on-site at the customer’s location
- Monitors and maintains current contracted revenue from the customer; identifies areas for revenue growth which fit into the customer’s existing set of solutions
- Becomes the Subject Matter Expert on the customer internally, answering inquiries including reporting up to the Enlyte Senior Leadership Team
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in bill review and at least one additional clinical service (Utilization Review, Case Management, or similar
- Worker's compensation, healthcare, or auto insurance experience required; Workers' compensation experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years’ of relevant experience and/or in customer-facing office environments
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with employers, Third-party administrators, or carriers
- High degree of competency with MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience with executive-level presentations / public speaking
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends across multiple service lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $75,000- $115,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
