At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), we are seeking a Supply Logistics Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment, to include ILS element planning - ensuring compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards

Specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Facilitate equipment birthing and property accountability activities (inventory, equipment audit, etc.)
  • Review information and recommend updates within logistics information systems to ensure data fields are accurate
  • Analyze supply and maintenance readiness data to identify readiness issues; recommend corrective actions and readiness improvements; and develop program readiness assessments
  • Coordinate, conduct, and document validation/verification events for all I-Type documents, Technical Manuals, and other logistics products
  • Provide in-depth review of Product Quality Deficiency Reports and make recommendations for corrective action

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-6 Years of Experience

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the following logistics information systems:
  • Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS)
  • Total Life Cycle Cost Tool Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST)
  • Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
  • Vital Information Portal for Enterprise Resources (VIPER)
  • Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Logistics Information Services Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS)
  • DLA Federal Logistics (FEDLOG)
  • USMC Logistics Command Logway site
  • Intel Link on the Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network
  • Marine Corps Technical Publications Site

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks. The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

Work Environment:

This position is performed in a typical indoor office setting with a quiet to moderate noise level.
