Integrated Master Scheduler

At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), we are seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed schedule analysis, to include critical path evaluation and schedule risk assessment, to develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using industry-standard scheduling tools
- Integrate, coordinate, maintain, and provide current schedule activity information related to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/IMS
- Verify alignment of program IMSs to program documentation, to include the Work Breakdown Structure, IMP, and Statement of Work
- Use the approved IMP and IMS to identify gaps, determine program or schedule risks, develop alternative solutions, and provide a recommended path forward to resolve programmatic issues and/or concerns
- Promptly report problems and recommend corrective actions to minimize schedule delays
- Develop and deliver complete IMS Reports, to include 30/60/90 Outlooks, Variance Reports, Past-Due Reports; and Milestone snapshots
- Participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10 Years of Experience
Specific/Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, One Pager, and implementation of the Integrated Master Schedule / Integrated Master Plan Guide standards
- Working knowledge of Project Recon and MS Project highly desired. Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Marine Corps policies related to providing complex acquisition analysis and planning and management support, not limited to DoD Instruction 5000.02, Adaptive Acquisition Framework and the Marine Corps Systems Command Acquisition Guidebook
- Familiarity with Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAP), Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs, Middle Tier Acquisitions (MTA) and Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
- Proficiency using data repositories and management tools, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to extract, update, and report program data
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks. The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
