Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist who values culturally responsive care and is committed to serving diverse communities. In this role, youll help deliver care that respects traditions, strengthens trust, and improves outcomes for patients and their families.

Position Details:

  • Specialty: Physical Therapy
  • Work Setting: Nursing Home
  • Schedule: 35 hours per week
  • Facility Type: Acute rehab, subacute rehab, long-term care, memory care, wound care, stroke/brain injury rehab
  • Patient Population: Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Active state PT License
  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Life Support Certifications: BLS
