Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care thatmeets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Work Setting:Retirement Community

Schedule:35 hours per week

Facility Type:Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Patient Population:Independent living through skilled nursing residents

Clinical Environment:Long-term resident relationships with occasional rehab needs

Requirements:

Licensure: Active state PT License

Education:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Life Support Certifications: BLS
