About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr National Business Outreach Manager who knows how to build relationships that turn into lasting business. In this role, you'll build and grow a territory book of business by connecting companies, universities, and community organizations with our portfolio of retail, custom, and rental offerings. If you've built loyal client relationships in retail, hospitality, or events and are ready to bring that talent into a high-impact B2B environment, this role is for you. This position is remote, candidate should reside in Los Angeles, California, Houston, Texas or Dallas, Texas, and reports directly to the Sr Director of Business Outreach.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Build and grow a territory portfolio of high-potential businesses, universities, and organizations into long-term, partners.
• Lead outreach efforts through field visits, targeted cold outreach, referrals, and relationship building, that opens doors and keep them open.
• Manage and expand existing high-value client relationships, delivering a seamless experience from first contact through ongoing partnership.
• Negotiate and execute sales agreements that create client value, support company profitability, and drives repeat business.
• Meet and exceed revenue and KPI goals with a disciplined, ROI-focused approach to territory growth.
• Balance a robust, multi-account portfolio maintaining an exceptional standard of service to every partner.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all activities in Salesforce- calls, emails, orders, pipeline updates, and partnership milestones.
• Partner cross functionally on the development of marketing collateral and pricing strategies that continuously support profitability and account growth.
• Identify creative revenue opportunities within both corporate and collegiate market segments in your region.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in a customer-facing, revenue-generating, or account management role. We welcome backgrounds in retail management, hospitality, event sales, and B2B outreach.
• A proven track record of building client relationships that translate into sustained, repeatable revenue not just one-time wins.
• Confidence with outbound outreach and the persistence to follow up with professionalism and purpose, not pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex your approach for diverse audiences and contexts.
• Exceptional customer service instincts and a genuine commitment to exceeding the expectations of both internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and obstacles and translate them into clear, actionable territory plans.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills — you can manage multiple active accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently with strong self-motivation; you stay focused and accountable without constant direction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly adopt new platforms and tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Knowledge of Tailored Brands systems (JAVA POS, Oracle, Putty), a plus.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. 
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates
• Remote position with required travel across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should reside in California, Dallas, Colorado, must be within reasonable travel distance to a major airport.

The starting salary for this position is $92,809– $106,808. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $116,001. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
