IFS Cloud Consultant

We are looking for an IFS Cloud Consultant to support a long-term contract opportunity. This role will contribute to a cloud ERP initiative by combining functional consulting expertise with hands-on support for implementation activities, process alignment, and user enablement. The ideal candidate can work effectively with business stakeholders, translate operational needs into scalable ERP solutions, and help strengthen internal capability through knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional consulting efforts for a cloud ERP implementation, ensuring system capabilities align with business objectives and operational workflows.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, then translate them into practical configuration and process recommendations.

• Support ERP deployment activities across key business functions, helping drive adoption through structured guidance and effective change management.

• Collaborate on integrations, reporting needs, workflow design, and data-related activities as part of the broader solution delivery effort.

• Provide subject matter expertise in cloud-based enterprise platforms to help resolve issues, improve processes, and support implementation milestones.

• Coach and elevate internal team capability by sharing functional knowledge, best practices, and practical guidance throughout the engagement.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in manufacturing or related operational environments to ensure the solution supports real-world business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an ERP or CRM consultant with strong functional expertise in cloud ERP environments.

• Hands-on background supporting ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution alignment, and user-facing process improvement.

• Ability to create clear business requirement documentation and translate complex needs into actionable system recommendations.

• Solid understanding of enterprise business processes, preferably within manufacturing or similarly process-driven organizations.

• Experience contributing to change management and user enablement efforts during large-scale system initiatives.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, ERP solutions, and cross-functional collaboration in complex implementation settings.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor internal resources and work effectively in hybrid or remote arrangements
