Workplace Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Prepare project areas each day by organizing the workspace, confirming readiness, and ensuring teams have the resources needed to begin work smoothly.
• Set up and test light audiovisual equipment onsite to support meetings, presentations, and daily operational needs.
• Receive, log, and safeguard electronic devices while following established security procedures, including the use of metal detection tools when required.
• Coordinate meal arrangements for staff and project teams, including placing orders and confirming timely delivery.
• Manage dispatch-related tasks by directing requests efficiently and helping connect teams with the appropriate support resources.
• Organize calendars and scheduling details to help maintain coverage, support workflow planning, and reduce conflicts.
• Provide leadership support in day-to-day workplace activities by helping maintain structure, communication, and accountability across tasks.
• Assist with full cycle payroll administration by tracking relevant information, preparing records, and supporting timely processing.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages or urgent matters to the correct contacts.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting onsite workplace, office, or operational coordination activities in a detail-focused environment.• Ability to manage scheduling, dispatching, and multiple time-sensitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable setting up basic audiovisual equipment and troubleshooting minor issues independently.
• Familiarity with handling sensitive materials or electronic devices while following security and check-in procedures.
• Working knowledge of payroll support processes, including maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, including confidence in answering inbound calls and assisting a range of internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to stay organized, exercise sound judgment, and provide dependable support in a fast-moving setting.
Compensation
