SharePoint Developer
Responsibilities:
• Redesign the existing intranet within Microsoft 365 SharePoint to deliver a modern, reliable, and intuitive user experience.
• Build and configure department-specific pages so teams such as HR and IT can manage and share information effectively.
• Develop back-end components and supporting functionality that improve performance, usability, and long-term maintenance.
• Create and implement Power Automate flows to streamline routine processes and reduce manual administrative work.
• Use Power Apps where appropriate to add interactive features and improve how employees access internal resources.
• Assess limitations in the current SharePoint environment and resolve recurring stability issues through updated architecture and improved site design.
• Partner with stakeholders to organize content, define page structures, and align the intranet with operational needs.
• Apply SharePoint administration best practices to support governance, permissions, and ongoing content management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience developing and administering SharePoint solutions in Microsoft 365 environments.• Hands-on ability to design and support modern intranet sites with strong attention to usability and structure.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow and application development.
• Solid back-end development skills with the ability to extend and support SharePoint-based solutions.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks used to enhance SharePoint user experiences.
• Ability to evaluate legacy SharePoint environments and translate business needs into updated technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a remote setting.
