Network Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain local area network infrastructure to support dependable connectivity across the organization.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and related networking equipment to optimize performance and uptime.
• Administer firewall solutions by applying security policies, reviewing traffic activity, and responding to network threats or access issues.
• Support Active Directory environments by maintaining account access, permissions, and integration with network resources.
• Diagnose network outages, latency concerns, and connectivity problems, then implement timely corrective actions.
• Perform routine network monitoring, document configurations, and recommend improvements that strengthen reliability and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure updates, equipment changes, and network-related technical initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience administering firewall technologies in a structured work environment.• Working knowledge of Cisco routers and broader Cisco networking concepts.
• Experience supporting and maintaining Active Directory for user and resource access.
• Understanding of LAN architecture, network connectivity, and troubleshooting practices.
• Ability to identify network issues, assess root causes, and resolve problems effectively.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to operational detail.
