Sr. Project Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Sr. Project Financial Analyst to join a manufacturing organization in Lake Mary, Florida. This position focuses on the financial performance of complex projects, combining analytical rigor with practical support for forecasting, cost control, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate brings hands-on project finance experience, especially with percentage-of-completion accounting, and is comfortable working in a large-scale business environment.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain project financial forecasts to support accurate planning, performance tracking, and business decision-making.
• Monitor project costs and profitability, identifying variances and partnering with stakeholders to address financial risks and opportunities.
• Apply percentage-of-completion revenue recognition methods to ensure project results are reported accurately and in line with accounting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting for ongoing projects, offering insights that improve visibility into margins, timelines, and overall project health.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to align financial expectations with operational execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support financial processes within SAP and contribute to effective use of planning and consolidation tools such as OneStream when needed.
• Assist with enterprise-level financial activities in a large company setting, including work tied to evolving system capabilities and reporting needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline is required.• At least 5 years of experience in project finance, project analysis, or a similar financially focused role.
• Demonstrated experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and project-based revenue recognition is required.
• Strong background in forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis for complex projects.
• Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Experience with OneStream is beneficial but not required.
• Prior experience in a large corporate or high-revenue business environment is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation
